Custom & Duties, Taxes & Service Charges

Your Responsibility (Standard):
Import duties, taxes, and service charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

(1) Stress-Free Option (DDP):
For a seamless experience, select Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout:
→ We calculate and charge all estimated import fees upfront.
→ You pay the exact amount during checkout – no surprises later.
→ Our Guarantee: If actual fees exceed our estimate by ≤20%, we cover the difference.

(2) Refusing Import Fees?
If unpaid, your parcel may be:

  • Held at your local post office
  • Returned to us (you cover return shipping + restocking fees)
  • Abandoned or destroyed by authorities

1. Processing Time (Before Shipping):

  • Allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat, 9AM-7PM GMT+8) to prepare your order.
  • Not included in the delivery estimate.

  • Shows working-day estimates (excludes weekends/ holidays) for transit after dispatch. These may vary by destination, season, or unexpected delays (weather, customs, peak volumes).

3. Your Timeline Updates:

  • Checkout: See initial delivery estimate.
  • Post-Dispatch: Get an accurate delivery date via tracking email.

4. Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items:
You’ll receive a separate timeline email once your item arrives at our warehouse.

How can you track your parcel?

  2. Ensure your delivery details are correct.
    Wrong address or phone number? You might not be able to track it, experience delays, or pay extra fees at your local post office.

Completed Order Adjustments, Cancellations, and Address Changes

  1. Standard Orders:
    We can only process changes or cancellations before your order ships. Contact us immediately if you need adjustments. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
  2. Custom-Made Orders:
    Cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation due to their personalized nature
  3. Pre-Orders:
    Notify us as soon as you can before our confirmed shipment timeline. Otherwise, follow Standard orders' process
  4. Wrong Address?
    Notify us immediately via email or live chat if you entered an incorrect shipping address. We’ll try to update it pre-shipment (not guaranteed after dispatch).

  • Wrong Address? You’ll be responsible for reshipping fees if a parcel fails due to incorrect details.

Base Currency: All fees are calculated in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars). Our system will automatically convert charges to your local currency during checkout based on your shipping location and current exchange rates.

For parcels exceeding 0.5 kg:
