Refund policy

This Chinese version of this policy is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help.
1. How to Start a Return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at Support@micusd.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos/video of the item’s condition.
We aim to respond with 24–48 hours (allow up to 7 business days for return instructions).
You cover return shipping costs (including packaging fee); original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do not ship items without approval.
2. Return Guidelines
A. Standard Returns (Non-Defective Items)
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (tags attached).
B. Damaged or Defective Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo &/or Video proof.
We’ll refund or replace the item and cover return shipping costs if applicable
C. EU Customers: 14 days Cooling-Off Period
Applies only to orders shipped to EU shipping addresses. You may return items for any reason within 14 days. Write “EU Return” in your email subject for faster processing.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (tag attached).
Personalized/made-to-order items are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective. (see Section B).
! Important:
All returns are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are processed within 14 days only if the received item passes quality verification.
Used/ damaged items may result in refund deductions or or refusal.
3. Quality Inspection for All Returns
We verify the condition of every returned item before processing refunds
Refunds/ replacements are approved only if the item matches your return request description.
Examples of non-refundable returns:
- Items with scratches, bent clasps, or missing tags.
- Jewelry showing wear (e.g., tarnish from skin contact).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Personalized/ made-to-order jewelry (final sale).
Worn jewelry even if briefly (hygiene reasons), sale items or gift cards.
Natural wear (e.g., gold/silver plating tarnish over time), perishable, or hazardous goods.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to (EU: 14 days) your original payment method.
Banks may take 3-5 additional days to post the refund.
EU refunds, processed within 14 days of approval (may take longer due to international banking).
If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us at Support@micusd.com.
