We ship to most countries from Hong Kong (HK). Some locations may be unavailable due to customs regulations. Contact us at Support@micusd.com if unsure about your country.

 

 2. Processing Time

Ÿ    1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to prepare your order.

Ÿ    Delays may occur during peak seasons, extreme weather situation or customs inspections.

Ÿ    You’ll receive an order confirmation email once processing begins.

4. Shipping Costs 

Ÿ    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. For reference, see our Shipping Fee & Timeline page. In the rare case where actual costs exceed our estimate by >20%, we will contact you to resolve the issue before shipping (e.g., splitting the difference or cancelling the order).

5. Customs & Import Taxes 

Ÿ    Your order is classified as fashion jewelry (HS Code: 7113.11.90).

Ÿ    Duty-free in most countries (e.g., USA, Japan, Canada).

Ÿ    EU/UK/Australia: buyers may owe VAT/GST, we have no control & cannot predict these fees.

Ÿ    ! Important: Customers are responsible for customs fees. Check your local laws before ordering.

 

6. Tracking & Delivery 

Ÿ    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Ÿ    Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to activate.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages 

Ÿ    Lost in transit? Contact us within 14 days for assistance.

Ÿ    Damaged or incorrect item? Email clear photos/ video within 48 hours to Support@micusd.com for a resolution.
