MICUS D Membership - Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern your membership with our service. By becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ who create an account at www.micusd.com
Members must provide accurate personal information (e.g., email, birthdates for birthday rewards).
Employees/affiliates of MICUS D are ineligible.
2. Earning & Redeeming Gems
Earning Gems:
1 gem = $1 spent (excludes taxes/shipping).
Bonus gems may be offered for reviews, referrals, or promotions (specified at time of offer).
Redeeming Gems:
200 gems = $5 discount (min. $50 purchase).
Gems expire after 12 months of inactivity.
No cash value & redemptions are final; unused portion of discounts forfeited.
3. Rewards & Discounts
Welcome Offer: 15% off after membership activation (excludes sale items & 1 purchase only).
Birthday Reward: 10% off coupon valid for 30 days (must provide valid birthdates & 1 purchase only).
All discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
4. Program Changes & Termination
MICUS D reserves the right to:
Modify/ terminate rewards, gem values, or program rules with 30 days’ notice (email or website update).
Suspend/terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
Members may cancel participation by contacting customer service.
5. General Terms
Membership is free; no purchase required (but rewards require spending).
Rewards have no cash value and subject to availability (substitutions may apply).
No liable for gem losses due to technical errors (but will restore verified issues)
Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake accounts) will result in gem forfeiture and account closure.
6. Privacy & Data Use
By joining, you consent to:
Collection of purchase history, contact details, and engagement data (for rewards).
Use of data to deliver rewards, personalize offers, and improve the program.
Sharing with secure third-party tools (e.g., Klaviyo for emails) strictly for program operation.
EU/California Members: You may have additional rights (e.g., data deletion) under GDPR/CCPA. Contact support@micusd.com to request.

7. Legal
Disputes governed by laws of Hong Kong SAR. Arbitration required (opt-out instructions)
Fraud: Fake accounts or bot-generated purchases resulted in gem forfeiture and bans.
